NOCTILUCENT FOOT PATH BLOCK AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a noctilucent footpath block and a method to manufacture the same in order to introduce or guide a direction by painting a noctilucent paint to form a noctilucent layer to accumulate or emit light. The method to manufacture the noctilucent footpath block comprises: manufacturing a guide plate to manufacture the guide plate formed with an inserting portion by projection on one surface; powder coating to paint the noctilucent paint of reflecting light or emitting light on an other surface of the guide plate; forming an insertion hole to form the insertion hole to receive the inserting portion on a block main body; and mounting the guide plate to insert the inserting portion to the insertion hole to place the guide plate on the block main body. The present invention has an advantage in mounting the noctilucent footpath block on an existing braille block, and allowing easy manufacturing and installation process with reduced costs from installing.

본 발명은 축광 유도 보도블록 및 축광 유도 보도블록의 제작방법으로서, 축광도료를 도장하여 축광 및 발광하는 축광층에 의하여 방향을 안내하거나 유도하는 축광 유도 보도블록 및 축광 유도 보도블록의 제작방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 축광 유도 보도블록의 제작방법은, 어느 일면에 삽입부가 돌출 형성되는 안내판을 제작하는 안내판 제작단계; 상기 안내판의 다른 일면에 빛을 반사하거나 발광하는 축광도료를 도장하는 분체도장단계; 블록본체에 상기 삽입부가 삽입되는 삽입공을 형성하는 삽입공 형성단계; 및 상기 삽입공에 상기 삽입부를 삽입하여 상기 블록본체에 상기 안내판을 장착하는 안내판 장착단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
