The present invention relates to a substructure of a sump pit or an elevator pit, capable of omitting a form installation work for pouring concrete by installing, at a lower portion of the sump pit or the elevator pit, a reinforcing bar provided at a lower portion of a supporting plate supporting a vertical wall and a supporting frame for supporting the reinforcing bar, reducing construction period and costs of concrete work by omitting the form installation work for pouring concrete, and maintaining the strength of a substructure of a sump pit or an elevator pit by installing the substructure at an upper portion of a weak floor as well as the floor of a building such as concrete by having a reinforcing bar provided on the supporting plate.
본 발명은 수직 벽체를 지지하는 지지판의 하부에 보강바와 보강바를 지지하는 지지 프레임을 구비하여 집수정 또는 엘리베이트 피트 하부에 설치함으로써 콘크리트 타설을 위한 거푸집 설치를 생략할 수 있고, 콘크리트 타설을 위한 거푸집 설치를 생략할 수 있어 콘크리트 작업에 의한 공사 비용 및 공사 기간을 줄일 수 있으며, 지지판에 보강바가 구비되어 콘크리트와 같은 건물 바닥층 뿐만 아니라 연약한 바닥층 상부에 설치하여 집수정 또는 엘리베이터 피트 하부 구조물의 강도를 유지할 수 있는 집수정 또는 엘리베이터 피트 하부 구조물에 관한 것이다.
