ELASTIC PAVEMENT USING ARTIFICIAL TURF AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an on-site construction type elastic pavement material using artificial turf capable of supporting a load using its own weight, capable of being constructed without a joint, and preventing defects by absorbing impact caused by a shrinkage and an expansion by having a porous structure and to provide a construction method thereof. The elastic pavement material using the artificial turf includes: a base member made of polypropylene wherein protrusions and grooves are alternatively formed; the porous elastic member, wherein rubber chips and a urethane binder are mixed and hardened, seated on the protrusions and grooves of the base member; and an artificial turf structure seated on the elastic member and formed by inputting a pile string into a bubble layer to stand upright.
본 발명은 현장 시공형으로 전체가 이음매가 없고 자체 하중으로 지지 용이하며 공극 구조를 갖도록 하여 수축, 팽창에 따른 충격을 흡수토록 하여 하자 발생이 생기지 않도록 한 인조잔디를 이용한 탄성포장재 및 그 시공방법을 제공함에 주안점을 두고 그 기술적 과제로서 완성한 것이다. 본 발명은 돌부 및 홈부가 교호 형성되는 폴리프로필렌 소재의 베이스부재와, 상기 베이스부재의 돌부 및 홈부 상에 안착되고, 고무칩과 우레탄바인더가 혼합 경화된 다공성 탄성부재와, 상기 탄성부재의 상부에 안착되고, 기포지층에 파일사가 입모되어 형성된 인조잔디구조체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여 완성한 것이다.
