MANUFACTURING METHODS OF EXTERIOR FOR ARCHITECTURE
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an exterior material for construction, and more specifically, to a manufacturing method of an exterior material for construction, which not only improves design performance of an exterior material for construction by forming various patterns by embedding a thermosetting resin in a groove installed on the surface of an exterior panel but also visually improves the exterior of a building after the exterior material is assembled and constructed. The manufacturing method of the exterior material for construction, to install and assemble the exterior material on an outer wall of the building, includes: a cutting process of cutting an original plate of the exterior material into a predetermined size of the exterior panel using a cutter; a carving process of carving various shapes of pattern grooves on the surface of the exterior panel cut in the predetermined size by using an engraving machine; an embedding step of injecting the thermosetting resin into the pattern groove on the surface of the exterior panel and embedding the thermosetting resin; a hardening step of hardening the thermosetting resin by naturally drying the thermosetting resin embedded in the pattern groove of the exterior panel; and a finishing process of performing a finishing work at the corner of the exterior panel and a part in which the hardened resin in the pattern groove is required to be finished, by using a grinder.
본 발명은 건축용 외장재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 외장재 패널의 표면에 구비된 홈에 경화성 수지를 매립하여 각종 문양을 형성함으로써, 건축 외장재의 디자인 효과를 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 외장재의 조립 시공 후에 건축물의 외관을 시각적으로 보다 미려할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 본 발명은 건축물의 외벽에 조립, 설치되도록 하는 건축용 외장재의 제조방법에 있어서, 건축 외장재 원판을 절단기를 이용하여 일정 크기의 외장재 패널로 절단하도록 하는 절단공정과; 일정 크기로 절단된 외장재 패널의 표면에 조각기를 이용하여 다양한 형상의 무늬홈을 조각하도록 하는 조각공정과; 외장재 패널 표면의 무늬홈에 경화 수지를 주입하여 매립하도록 하는 매립공정과; 외장재 패널의 무늬홈에 매립된 경화 수지를 자연 건조하여 경화시키도록 하는 경화공정과; 외장재 패널의 모서리와 무늬홈에 경화된 수지의 마무리가 필요한 부분을 연삭기를 이용하여 마감 작업하도록 하는 마감공정; 으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
