APPARATUS FOR CIRCULAR DRILLING AND CUTTING ROAD SURFACE TO REPAIR A MANHOLE

The present invention relates to a device for circularly drilling and cutting a road surface to repair a manhole, capable of circularly cutting the road surface of a part of the manhole to be repaired around the manhole in order to repair the manhole installed in the road and, more specifically, relates to a device for circularly drilling and cutting a road surface to repair a manhole, capable of cutting a road up to a base layer while varying the cut radius of the road surface of a part of the manhole to be repaired. The device for circularly drilling and cutting a road surface to repair a manhole includes: a vertical rod (100); a manhole housing supporter (200) installed in the vertical rod to adhere closely to an inner wall surface of a manhole housing (H); a rotary screw rod (300) installed on the upper part of the vertical rod (100) to be able to idle; a horizontal supporter (400) coupled to the rotary screw rod (300) and moving upward along the rotary screw rod (300); and a cutting unit (500) installed in the horizontal supporter (400) and circularly cutting the road surface around the manhole while being lifted upward along the horizontal supporter (400).

본 발명은 도로상에 설치된 맨홀의 보수를 위하여 맨홀을 중심으로 하여 맨홀보수부의 노면을 원형으로 절단할 수 있는 맨홀 보수용 노면 원형 절단기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 맨홀보수부의 노면의 절단반경을 가변시킬 수 있으면서 기층까지 절단이 가능한 맨홀 보수용 노면 원형 파쇄 절단기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 맨홀 보수용 노면 원형 파쇄 절단기는 수직봉(100); 맨홀하우징(H)의 내벽면에 밀착 지지되도록 상기 수직봉에 설치되는 맨홀하우징 지지대(200); 상기 수직봉(100)의 상단에 공회전 가능하게 설치된 회전나사봉(300); 상기 회전나사봉(300)에 체결되어 상기 회전나사봉(300)을 따라 승강하는 수평지지대(400); 및 상기 수평지지대(400)에 설치되어 수평지지대(400)를 따라 승강하면서 맨홀 주변의 노면을 원형으로 절단하는 절단유닛(500)으로 구성된다.
