METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING DRAIN BOARD
Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for manufacturing drain boards. The apparatus for manufacturing drain boards uses a board material having a certain thickness to produce a drain board, and comprises: a first molding roller which includes a plurality of protruding bumps and connecting passages passing inside the protruding bumps for creating bump units on the surface of the board material, is installed so as to be rotatable at a fixed spot, and includes an adsorption hole connected to the connecting passage; an adsorption means which vents air on the inside to the outside through the adsorption hole connected to the connecting passage and thereby lets the board material adhere to the surface of the first molding roller; and a second molding roller which is rotatably installed in the proximity of the first molding roller and includes complementary holes corresponding to the bump units, and removes the raised portions between the bump units by applying a surface-directed pressure on the lower ends of the bumps on the first molding roller.
드레인보드의 제조장치 및 제조방법을 개시한다. 소정의 두께로 공급되는 판재를 이용해 드레인보드(Drain Board)를 만들기 위한 드레인보드 제조장치에 있어서, 상기 판재의 표면에 돌출부를 형성할 수 있도록 하기 위해 바깥쪽으로 돌출된 돌기와 돌기내부로 연통되는 연결통로를 다수 구비하여 제자리 회동 가능케 설치되며, 상기 연결통로와 연결되는 흡착구멍을 구비한 제 1 성형롤러; 상기 연결통로와 연결되는 상기 흡착구멍을 통해 내부공기를 외부로 배출하여 상기 판재를 상기 제 1 성형롤러의 표면에 흡착할 수 있도록 하기 위한 흡착수단; 상기 제 1 성형롤러와 인접한 위치에 회동 가능케 설치되어 상기 돌기에 상보하는 다수의 돌기상보구멍을 구비하여 상기 제 1 성형롤러 돌기 하단을 표면쪽으로 가압하여 상기 돌출부 사이의 융기부를 제거하는 제 2 성형롤러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드레인보드 제조장치를 제공한다.
