Apparatus for Manufacturing Drain Board
Disclosed in the present invention is an apparatus for manufacturing drain boards which uses a board material supplied in a selected thickness to produce a drain board, and comprises: a molding roller which is installed so as to rotate at a fixed spot, includes a plurality of outwardly-protruding bumps and vacuum passages passing inside the protruding bumps to form bump units on the surface of the board material, and includes an adhesion hole connected to the vacuum passage; and an adhesion means which discharges inside air to the outside through the adhesion hole connected to the vacuum passage to thereby adhere the board material to the surface of the molding roller. The bump comprises an upper bump part which molds the drain board, and a lower bump part which fixes the bump to the molding roller, wherein the upper bump part comprises between-bumps holes for adhering to the board material and the between-bumps holes are disposed radially on a lower surface of the upper bump part.
드레인보드 제조장치를 개시한다. 소정의 두께로 공급되는 판재를 이용해 드레인보드(Drain Board)를 만들기 위한 드레인보드 제조장치에 있어서, 상기 판재의 표면에 돌출부를 형성할 수 있도록 하기 위해 바깥쪽으로 돌출된 복수개의 돌기와 돌기내부로 연통되는 진공통로를 다수 구비하여 제자리 회동 가능케 설치되며, 상기 진공통로와 연결되는 흡착구멍을 구비한 성형롤러; 및 상기 진공통로와 연결되는 상기 흡착구멍을 통해 내부공기를 외부로 배출하여 상기 판재를 상기 성형롤러의 표면에 흡착할 수 있도록 하기 위한 흡착수단;을 포함하되, 상기 돌기는: 상기 드레인보드를 성형하는 돌기상부, 및 상기 돌기를 성형롤러에 고정하는 돌기하부를 포함하고, 상기 돌기상부는 상기 판재를 흡착하기 위한 돌기틈구멍을 포함하고, 상기 돌기틈구멍은 상기 돌기상부의 하단면에 방사형으로 뻗어진 드레인보드 제조장치를 제공한다.
