A FOOD AND DRINK WASTE REDUCTION SYSTEM
Disclosed is a food waste reducing apparatus capable of smoothly discharging and treating food from each household of the multi-owned building. The food waste reducing apparatus, which is a system for treating food waste discharged from each household of the multi-owned building, may comprise: a crusher installed at one side of a sink of each household; a vertical drainpipe connected to the smasher and a drain hole of the sink of each household via a branch pipe to discharge the food waste from each household; a food treatment unit connected to the end of the vertical drainpipe, accommodating the food waste discharged from the vertical drainpipe, and treating the food waste through draining, dehydrating, and deodorizing procedures; and a food collection case positioned below the food treatment unit to collect the food waste discharged from the food treatment unit.
음식물류 폐기물 감량장치가 개시된다. 음식물류 폐기물 감량장치는 집합 건축물의 각 세대에서 배출되는 음식물쓰레기를 처리하기 위한 시스템로서, 각 세대의 싱크대의 일측에 설치된 분쇄기; 상기 분쇄기 및 각 세대의 싱크대의 배수구에 분기관으로 연결되어 각 세대의 음식물쓰레기를 배출하는 수직배수관; 상기 수직배수관의 말단부에 연결되고, 상기 수직배수관으로부터 배출된 음식물쓰레기를 수용하고 배수, 탈수 및 탈취 과정으로 상기 음식물쓰레기를 처리하는 음식물처리부; 및 상기 음식물처리부의 아래에 위치하여 상기 음식물처리부로부터 배출되는 음식물쓰레기를 수거하는 음식물수거통을 포함할 수 있다.
