The present invention relates to a structure for coupling a rail joint of a railroad to a concrete sleeper. By simplifying the structure for coupling a baseplate with a sleeper, the number of coupling members can be greatly reduced, while also enhancing the insulation function of a fixating instrument of the baseplate as well as simplifying the same. Thereby, the assembly and disassembly on site become feasible, and the adjustment of gauge in curved intervals also become easier. As an instrument for coupling a baseplate to a concrete sleeper, the present invention comprises a binding clamp (1) of which bottom is buried at both sides of a concrete sleeper (1), while having a head part (11) having a spring clip ball (12) exposed, a buffering sheet (20) laid on top of the concrete sleeper (1), a baseplate (30) laid on top of the buffering sheet (20) while having shoulders (31) on both sides, a rail (4) loaded on top of the baseplate (3) while fixating a rail joint with a connecting member (50), a buffering pad (21) laid between the rail (40) and baseplate (30), a push block (60) for pushing the connecting member (50), an insulation block (140) for pushing the baseplate (30), and a spring clip (70) inserted into the shoulder (31) to respectively push the insulation block (140) and push block (60).
본 발명은 철도레일의 이음매부와 콘크리트 침목을 체결하는 구조에 관한 것으로, 베이스플레이트와 침목의체결구성을 간소화하여 체결부재의 숫자를 대폭 감소시키고 베이스플레이트의 고정수단도 간소화와 절연기능을 향상시키는 방법으로 구성하며 현장에서의 조립 해체가 용이하며 곡선구간에서도 궤간 조절작업이 용이하도록 하는 것이다.본 발명은 베이스플레이트를 콘크리트침목에 체결하기 위한 수단으로, 콘크리트침목의 양쪽에 결속클램프의 헤드가 침목상으로 노출되도록 결속클램프의 하부를 콘크리트침목에 완전히 매설시키고 베이스플레이트의 양쪽 중간부를 절연부재가 눌러주도록 침목에 매설된 결속클램프와 베이스플레이트에 구성된 숄더를 스프링클립으로 체결하며 베이스플레이트의 절취홈으로 절연부재가 끼워지고 베이스플레이트의 저면에는 베이스플레이트 유동방지 리브가 돌출 구성되어 콘크리트침목에 구성된 요홈에 안정적으로 안착되는 구성을 갖는 것이다.
