METHOD OF NON-COMBUSTIBLE REFRACTORY MORTARS AND SEMI-NON-COMBUSTIBLE INSULATION OUTSIDE THE BUILDING USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of nonflammable and fireproof mortar, and a limited combustible external insulation construction method of a building using the same. The limited combustible external insulation construction method comprises a step of preparing a nonflammable and fireproof mortar layer and a nonflammable finishing layer when finishing the exterior of a building with insulation during construction. Thus, the limited combustible external insulation construction method can effectively block spread of fire in case of fire, and can protect lives from the fire while minimizing property damage. Also, the limited combustible external insulation construction method utilizes advantages of a conventional insulation finishing method at maximum.
본 발명에 따른 불연 내화 몰탈 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 건축물의 준불연 외단열 시공방법은 건물의 외벽을 단열마감 시공하는 데 있어 불연 내화 몰탈층과 불연마감층을 구성하여 화재발생 시 불길이 확산되는 것을 효과적으로 차단하여 화재로부터 인명을 보호하고, 재산피해를 최소화할 수 있으며, 기존 단열마감공법의 장점을 최대한 활용할 수 있도록 하는 불연 내화 몰탈 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 건축물의 준불연 외단열 시공방법을 제공하는 것이다.
