FINISHING SHEET COATED WITH POLYURETHANE FOR FLOOR MAT
The present invention relates to a floor mat finishing sheet coated with polyurethane which, more specifically, consists of: a film layer; a printing layer formed on an upper side of the film layer; and a coating layer formed on an upper side of the printing layer. The floor mat finishing sheet coated with polyurethane with the structure above is formed by a heat fusion process on the surface of the floor mat without using an adhesive. Therefore, the floor mat finishing sheet is eco-friendly, does not cause skin trouble since the surface thereof is treated with polyurethane, and can form various patterns.
본 발명은 폴리우레탄이 코팅된 바닥 매트용 마감시트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 필름층, 상기 필름층의 상부면에 형성되는 인쇄층 및 상기 인쇄층의 상부면에 형성되는 코팅층으로 이루어진다. 상기의 구조로 이루어지는 폴리우레탄이 코팅된 바닥 매트용 마감시트는 접착제를 사용하지 않고도 바닥 매트의 표면에 열융착의 과정을 통해 형성되기 때문에 친환경적이며, 폴리우레탄으로 표면처리되어 피부트러블을 유발하지 않고, 다양한 무늬를 형성할 수 있는 바닥용 매트를 제공하는 효과를 나타낸다.
