ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY PLYWOOD USING VEGETABLE FIBROID MATERIALS AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THEREOF
The present invention relates to eco-friendly plywood using vegetable fibers, and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the eco-friendly plywood is manufactured by drying a mixture of vegetable fibers and vegetable starch, pressing and molding the same to manufacture a sheet, and applying a liquid ceramic binder to the sheet. The manufactured plywood is flame resistant and eco-friendly, and has excellent cost-efficiency.
본 발명은 식물성 섬유질을 이용한 친환경 합판 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 식물성 섬유질 및 식물성 전분의 혼합물을 건조시킨 후, 이를 프레스 및 성형하여 시트를 제조하고, 상기 시트에 액상 세라믹 바인더를 도포하여 제조된 합판으로서, 난연성이고 친환경적이며, 경제성이 우수한 친환경 합판 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
