Eco-friendly plywood for indoor use and thereof manufacturing method
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly plywood for indoor interior decoration and a method for manufacturing the same. The method comprises: a first step of preparing a base plate of a predetermined size; a second step of forming a primary surface layer on an upper surface of the base plate and forming an inner-surface protective part on a lower surface of the base plate; a third step of manufacturing an eco-friendly plywood by forming a secondary surface layer on the upper surface of the base plate formed in the second step; a fourth step of transferring the eco-friendly plywood manufactured in the third step to a dryer and heating the inside of the dryer at a certain temperature to dry the eco-friendly plywood so that surfaces of the primary surface layer and the secondary surface layer are hardened; and a fifth step of cooling a surface of the eco-friendly plywood after the fourth step.
본 발명은 실내 인테리어용 친환경 합판 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 소정 크기로 베이스판재를 준비하는 1단계; 상기 베이스판재의 상면에 1차 표층부를 형성하고, 상기 베이스판재의 하면에 내면 보호부를 형성하는 2단계; 상기 2단계에서 베이스판재의 상면에 2차 표층부를 형성하여 친환경 합판을 제조하는 3단계; 상기 3단계의 친환경 합판을 건조기로 이송시킨 후, 건조기 내부를 일정 온도로 열을 가해 친환경 합판을 건조시켜 1차 표층부 및 2차 표층부의 표면이 경화되도록 하는 4단계; 상기 4단계 후 친환경 합판의 표면을 냉각시키는 5단계;를 포함한다.
