METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR SPRAYING SHOTCRETE
The present invention relates to a shotcrete spraying method and a shotcrete spraying system in which an accelerator in a slurry form is used so as to be free from generating dust, satisfy strength, and properties of quickly setting. The shotcrete spraying method is a method of spraying shotcrete comprising: a mixture of concrete, an accelerator, and an additive to a blasted surface, and the shotcrete spraying system includes a hollow spray member having a rear end portion to which a concrete supply line is connected and a front end portion in which a nozzle unit is prepared; a stirring tank mixing an accelerator, an additive, and water to form slurry; a connection line having one end connected to the stirring tank and the other end connected to a direct rear side of the nozzle unit; and an injection device prepared in the connection line to squeeze-pump the slurry to the spray member through the connection line. The accelerator in powder form is mixed with concrete to form shotcrete before the concrete in a slurry state mixed with water is sprayed to the blasted surface.
본 발명은 숏크리트 분사방법 및 분사시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 숏크리트 분사방법은, 콘크리트와 급결재 및 첨가제가 혼합된 숏크리트를 분사시스템을 이용하여 발파면에 분사하는 방법으로서, 분사시스템은 중공형으로 형성되어 후단부에 콘크리트 공급라인이 연결되며 선단부에 노즐부가 마련되어 있는 분사체와, 급결재와 첨가제와 물을 혼합하여 슬러리를 형성하는 교반탱크와, 일단은 교반탱크에 타단은 분사체의 노즐부 직후방에 연결되는 연결라인 및 연결라인을 통해 슬러리를 분사체로 압송하기 위하여 연결라인에 마련되는 주입장치를 구비하며, 급결재는 분말 형태로서 물과 혼합된 슬러리 상태로 콘크리트가 발파면에 분사되기 직전에 콘크리트에 혼합되어 숏크리트를 형성하는 것에 특징이 있다.
