METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR SPRAYING SHOTCRETE
The present invention relates to a shotcrete spraying method and a shotcrete spraying system. The shotcrete spraying method according to the present invention is a method for spraying a shotcrete wherein a concrete and a quick setting material and an additive are mixed, to a blasting surface using a spraying system. The spraying system comprises: a spraying body which is formed in a hollow shape, and has a rear part connected to a concrete supply line, and has a nozzle part prepared at a front end; a stirring tank forming slurry by mixing the quick setting material and the additive and water; a connection line which has one end connected to the stirring tank and has another end connected to a direct rear of the nozzle par of the spraying body; and an injection device which is prepared at the connection line to carry the slurry to the spraying body through the connection line. The quick setting material is to form the shotcrete by being mixed with the concrete just before the concrete is sprayed to the blasting surface in a slurry state of being mixed with water in a power type, and is a mineralogy powder quick setting material including C12A7, CSA and calcium aluminate.
본 발명은 숏크리트 분사방법 및 분사시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 숏크리트 분사방법은, 콘크리트와 급결재 및 첨가제가 혼합된 숏크리트를 분사시스템을 이용하여 발파면에 분사하는 방법으로서, 분사시스템은 중공형으로 형성되어 후단부에 콘크리트 공급라인이 연결되며 선단부에 노즐부가 마련되어 있는 분사체와, 급결재와 첨가제와 물을 혼합하여 슬러리를 형성하는 교반탱크와, 일단은 교반탱크에 타단은 분사체의 노즐부 직후방에 연결되는 연결라인 및 연결라인을 통해 슬러리를 분사체로 압송하기 위하여 연결라인에 마련되는 주입장치를 구비하며, 급결재는 분말 형태로서 물과 혼합된 슬러리 상태로 콘크리트가 발파면에 분사되기 직전에 콘크리트에 혼합되어 숏크리트를 형성하는 것으로서, CA, CSA 및 칼슘알루미네이트를 포함하는 광물계 분말 급결재인 것에 특징이 있다.
