The present invention relates to a frame for a chassis of a show window, which is installed in an entrance or a show window of a building. The frame is formed of aluminum or a synthetic resin by extrusion molding and includes a support protrusion and a blade at four corners of the frame. A thin stainless cover is inserted into the outside of the frame, and the chassis is assembled and manufactured. The frame for a chassis of a show window can remarkably reduce manufacturing costs of the chassis. Also, the frame for a chassis of a show window can form a beautiful and luxurious exterior and can facilitate transportation and installation work by reducing the weight of the chassis. According to the present invention, the frame for a chassis of a show window includes: the frame having an open hole in the upper and lower parts and formed in the longitudinal direction of the chassis by extrusion molding, wherein a support protrusion and a blade are individually formed at the four corners; a cover individually connected to the outside of the both sides of the frame, wherein a bent unit formed in the upper and lower parts is inserted into the open hole of the frame; and a spacer inserted into the frame in the longitudinal direction, wherein the bent unit of the cover is welded to the spacer.
본 발명은 건물의 쇼윈도(show window) 또는 출입구에 설치되는 섀시용 프레임에 관한 기술로서, 알루미늄 또는 합성수지로 프레임을 압출 성형하는 한편 프레임의 사방 모서리 부분에 지지돌기와 블레이드를 형성하고, 프레임의 외부에 얇은 스테인리스(Stainless) 커버를 끼워 섀시를 조립 제작함으로써, 섀시의 제작비용을 대폭 절감하고, 외관을 아름답고 고급스럽게 구성하는 한편 섀시의 하중을 줄여서 운반과 설치작업이 용이한 쇼윈도 섀시용 프레임에 관한 기술이다. 이러한 본 발명의 주요 구성은, 상부와 하부에 개방홀이 구비되고, 사방 모서리 부분에 지지돌기와 블레이드가 각각 형성되는 한편 섀시의 길이 방향으로 압출 성형되는 프레임; 상기 프레임의 양측 외부에 각각 결합 설치되고, 상부와 하부에 형성된 절곡부가 프레임의 개방홀에 끼워져 설치되는 커버; 및 상기 프레임에 길이 방향으로 끼워져 설치되고, 커버의 절곡부가 용접 설치되는 스페이서;를 포함하여 구현된다.
The present invention relates to a frame for a chassis of a show window, which is installed in an entrance or a show window of a building.
