본 발명은 배수수단을 구비한 창틀샤시프레임용 공틀 및 배수수단을 구비한 창틀샤시프레임용 공틀설치방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 건축건물의 콘크리트벽체에 형성된 창문설치면에 설치되어 실내방향의 창틀샤시프레임의 외측면에서 발생되어 흘러내리는 결로수를 배출하도록 후방유입공과, 전방배출공을 갖는 배수부체로 구성된 배수수단을 구비한 창틀샤시프레임용 공틀 및 배수수단을 구비한 창틀샤시프레임용 공틀설치방법을 설치하여서, 이 배수수단으로 창틀샤시프레임의 실내방향에서 발생된 결로수가 창틀샤시프레임의 하부에 설치된 창틀샤시프레임용 공틀의 후방유입공과 전방배출공으로 실외로 용이하고 손쉽게 배출하도록 하여 창틀샤시프레임의 실내방향으로 결로현상이 발생되는 것을 원초적으로 방지하도록한 배수수단을 구비한 창틀샤시프레임용 공틀 및 배수수단을 구비한 창틀샤시프레임용 공틀설치방법에 관한 것이다.
