A INSTALLATION BEAM STIFFNESS TESTING APPARATUS FOR REMOVABLE TACTICAL LONG SPAN BRIDGE
The present invention relates to an apparatus to test a stiffness of an installation beam for a movable tactical bridge and, more specifically, relates to an apparatus to test the stiffness of an installation beam for a movable tactical bridge which includes a movable means and an elevating means which allows a load to be applied to an installation beam to rapidly and easily test the stiffness of the installation beam. The apparatus to test stiffness of the installation beam for the movable tactical bridge comprises: a movement path formed in a long plate shape to correspond to a length of an installed movable tactical bridge (VB), is provided with a groove in a longitudinal direction on both sides, and is provided with a rail on the groove; a movement means coupled to the rail of the movement path, including a movement frame, a plurality of transfer wheels formed on a bottom of the movement frame, and a motor which is a power source coupled to the transfer wheels; and an elevating means which includes a pair of elevating frames coupled and formed on both sides of the movement frame to move up and down, a base coupled to the upper ends of the elevating frames, and a cylinder installed through the elevating frames.
본 발명은 이동식 전술교량용 가설빔 강성 시험장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 이동수단과 승,하강수단을 구비하여 가설빔의 설치되는 길이에 따라 이동하면서 가설빔에 하중이 인가되도록 함으로써, 가설빔의 강성 시험을 안전하고 신속하게 용이하게 이루도록 하는 이동식 전술교량용 가설빔 강성 시험장치에 관한 것이다. 구성은 이동식 전술교량용 가설빔 강성 시험장치로서, 설치되는 이동식 전술교량(VB)의 길이에 대응되도록 긴 플레이트 형상으로 이루어지고, 상면 양쪽으로는 길이 방향을 따라 요 홈(凹)이 형성되며, 상기 요 홈(凹)에는 레일이 형성된 이동로와; 상기 이동로의 레일과 결합 되고, 이동 프레임과, 상기 이동 프레임의 밑면에 형성되는 복수 개의 이송 바퀴와, 상기 이송 바퀴에 결합 되는 동력원인 모터를 포함하는 이동수단과; 상기 이동 프레임의 양쪽에 결합 형성되어 승,하강동작하는 한 쌍의 승,하강프레임과 상기 승,하강프레임의 상단이 결합 되는 받침대와 상기 승,하강프레임을 통해 설치되는 실린더를 포함하는 승,하강수단; 을 포함하여 이루어진다.
