An insulation wire panel comprises: an insulation member; a support member; and a wire mesh member. The insulation member is made of a panel-shaped insulation material. The support member penetrates the insulation member in the width direction to protrude and be bent toward the outside of a fist surface and penetrates the insulation member in the width direction again to protrude and be bent toward the outside of a second surface opposite to the first surface. Moreover, the support member is coupled to the insulation member in a corrugated shape. The wire mesh member is spaced from the first surface and the second surface of the insulation member to be coupled to a protruding bent portion of the support member to be coupled to the support member in a form where a vertex of the protruding bent portion protrudes outward.
단열 와이어 패널은 단열 부재, 지주 부재, 와이어 메쉬 부재를 갖는다. 단열 부재는 패널 형태의 단열 재질로 구성된다. 지주 부재는 단열 부재를 폭 방향으로 관통하여 제1 표면 밖으로 돌출 절곡되고, 다시 단열 부재를 폭 방향으로 관통하여 제1 표면의 반대편인 제2 표면 밖으로 돌출 절곡되며, 단열 부재에 물결 모양으로 결합된다. 와이어 메쉬 부재는 단열 부재의 제1,2 표면에서 이격되어 지주 부재의 돌출 절곡부에 결합하되, 돌출 절곡부의 꼭지점을 외측으로 돌출시키는 형태로 지주 부재와 결합한다.
