Heat-blocking Wire Pannel and Method for Munufacturing the Same
The present invention relates to an insulated wire panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the insulated wire panel comprises the following steps: mounting a spacing member on both sides of an insulating member in the width direction; mounting a wire mesh to the spacing member; inserting the spacing member and the insulating member on which the wire mesh is mounted into a fixing frame to fix the spacing member and the wire mesh to the insulating member; inserting the support member through the insulating member so as to protrude outward than the wire mesh while both end units of the support member are in contact with the wire mesh; bonding a contact unit between the support member and the wire mesh; separating the fixing frame; and removing the spacing member. An objective of the present invention is to provide the insulated wire panel with high product uniformity, and the manufacturing method thereof.
단열 와이어 패널의 제조 방법은 단열 부재의 폭 방향 양쪽 면에 간격 부재를 거치하는 단계; 간격 부재에 와이어 메쉬를 거치하는 단계; 간격 부재와 와이어 메쉬가 거치된 단열 부재를 고정 틀에 삽입하여 간격 부재와 와이어 메쉬를 단열 부재에 고정하는 단계; 양측 단부가 와이어 메쉬와 접촉하면서 와이어 메쉬보다 외측으로 돌출되게 지지 부재를 단열 부재에 관통 삽입하는 단계; 지지 부재와 와이어 메쉬의 접촉부를 접합하는 단계; 고정 틀을 분리하는 단계; 간격 부재를 제거하는 단계를 단계를 포함한다.
