The present invention relates to a mold form using an insulation foam panel installed at one side of standing reinforcing bars (10, 110) to be apart from the reinforcing bars (10, 110). The mold form using an insulation foam panel comprises: first panel assemblies (20, 120) formed of first insulation foam panels (21, 121) having a plurality of first tie grooves; second panel assemblies (30, 130) installed at the other side of the reinforcing bars (10, 110) to be apart from the reinforcing bars (10, 110) and having a plurality of second tie grooves; a plurality of ties (40, 140) fastened to the first and second tie grooves formed on the first panel assemblies (20, 120) and the second panel assemblies (30, 130); first planar supports (50, 150) coupled to the ties (40, 140) to be attachable or detachable and adhering to and reinforcing surfaces of the first insulation foam panels (21, 121) across the first insulation foam panels (21, 121); and first corner members (60, 160) coupled to the first panel assemblies (20, 120) perpendicularly arranged and other first panel assemblies (20, 120) and having an L-shaped cross section.
본 발명은 단열재폼 패널을 이용한 거푸집에 관한 것으로서, 직립된 철근(10)(110)의 일측에 그 철근(10)(110)과 이격되게 설치되는 것으로서, 다수의 제1타이홈이 형성된 제1단열재폼 패널(21)(121)들로 구성된 제1패널조립체(20)(120)와; 상기 철근(10)(110)의 타측에 그 철근(10)(110)과 이격되게 설치되는 것으로서, 다수의 제2타이홈이 형성된 제2패널조립체(30)(130)와; 상기 제1패널조립체(20)(120) 및 제2패널조립체(30)(130)에 형성된 제1,2타이홈에 체결되는 다수의 타이(40)(140)와; 상기 타이(40)(140)에 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 것으로서, 상기 제1단열재폼 패널(21)(121)들을 가로질러 그 제1단열재폼 패널(21)(121)의 표면을 밀착 보강하는 제1평판지지대(50)(150)와; 직각으로 배치되는 상기 제1패널조립체(20)(120)와 다른 제1패널조립체(20')(120')에 결합되는 것으로서, 단면이 "ㄱ"형태인 제1코너부재(60)(160);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
