Composite windows and doors with improved thermal insulation
The present invention relates to a composite window with an improved insulation property. More specifically, an insulation unit made of a foamed polystyrene insulation material is formed between a window frame and a wall, and the window frame is spaced from each other from an upper side of the window frame to both sides of the window frames in order to completely block transmission of internal heat and external heat through a window, thereby significantly reducing cooling and heating costs. Therefore, the window frame can be manufactured to have a lower weight than an existing window frame, so that material costs and manufacturing costs can be reduced.
본 발명은 단열성이 향상된 복합창호에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 창틀과 벽체 사이에 발포 폴리스티렌 단열재로 이루어진 단열부가 형성되고, 상기 창틀이 단열부의 상측에서 양측으로 상호 이격됨으로써, 창호를 통해 내,외부의 열이 전달되는 것을 확실하게 차단하고, 그로 인해 냉,난방비용이 확연히 절감되며, 종래의 창틀 중량보다 적은 중량으로 창틀이 제작할 수 있기에 재료비 및 제작비가 절감되는 특징이 있다.
