The present invention relates to an apparatus to automatically lock a window, and to prevent a window from being opened more than a predetermined distance as necessary to prevent an outsider from trespassing and to also perform ventilation well. Problems in the past such as a locking device being installed in a window being easily unlocked, being complex, or being difficult to be installed in a window have been existent; and to solve these problems, the apparatus comprises: a main unit (10) attached to a window; a cylinder (20) installed in an upper side of the main unit (10) having a guide part (21) in an upper part, and having a tilt guide part (21a) formed on an end of the guide part (21); and an operation member (40) having a stop bar (41) installed in one end of the cylinder (20) to be able to move by having a spring (24) placed therebetween to lock or unlock the window, thus the structure being simple thus manufacturing costs being remarkably reduced. In spite of a simple structure, operation is surely realized, and a locked state is kept without an individual locking operation by closing a window in an opened state, thereby providing a convenience of use. When a window is forcibly opened from a closed state, a light alarm or a sound alarm is generated to give a warning to the surroundings, thereby enhancing safety.
본 발명은 필요에 따라 창문이 일정 거리 이상 개방되지 않도록 하여 외부인의 무단 침입을 방지함과 아울러 환기가 이루어지도록 하는 창문 자동 잠금장치에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 창문에 설치된 잠금장치가 쉽게 잠금 해제되거나 장치가 매우 복잡하고 기존의 창문에는 설치가 어렵게 되는 등의 문제점들이 있었는데 이를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은, 창문에 부착되는 본체(10)와, 상기 본체(10)의 상측에 구비되며 상부에 안내부(21) 및 상기 안내부(21)의 선단에 형성된 경사 유도부(21a)를 가지는 실린더(20)와, 상기 실린더(20)의 일측 선단에 스프링(24)을 개재하여 이동 가능하게 설치되어 창문의 잠금 및 잠금 해제를 행하는 스톱바(41)를 가지는 작동자(40)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 자동 잠금장치를 제공한다. 따라서, 구조가 간단하여 제조비가 현저하게 절감되며, 간단한 구조임에도 작동이 확실하게 이루어질 뿐만 아니라 창문이 개방된 상태에서 창문을 닫는 것으로 별도의 잠금 조작 없이 잠금 상태가 유지되어 사용이 매우 편리하며, 창문이 잠금 상태에서 강제적으로 개방되는 경우에는 경고광이나 경고음이 발생되도록 하여 주위에 경고를 행함으로써 안전성이 더욱 향상된다.
