The present invention provides an auto locking device for a sliding window and a sliding door, which is installed with an auto locking assembly at a window and is capable of minimizing a collision noise between a locker and a striker by rapidly reducing a close speed of the window and buffering a collision between the locker and the striker just before the locker of the auto locking assembly collides with the striker of a window frame at the time of closing the window and preventing the deterioration and the damage of a component caused by the collision between the locker and the striker. According to the present invention, the auto locking device for a sliding window and a sliding door further comprises a buffer device which reduces the close speed of the window and buffers the window at a position at which the striker approaches the locker of the window frame. The buffer device comprises: a fixed barrel body which is fixed to a case of the auto locking assembly and defines a reduction exhaust hole; a moving barrel body which is movably installed in the fixed barrel body and defines an acceleration exhaust groove; a pressurizing member which is movably installed in the moving barrel body; a buffer member which is made of a silicon material and is fixed to a front end of the pressurizing member; a reduction adjustment member which is provided between the inside of the fixed barrel body and the reduction exhaust hole and adjusts a size of the reduction exhaust hole; and a length adjustment member which is provided in the moving barrel body and adjusts a length of a front end side of the moving barrel body.
본 발명은 창문에 자동잠금조립체와 함께 설치되어 창문을 닫을 때 자동잠금조립체의 록커가 창틀의 스트라이커에 충돌하기 직전에 창문의 닫힘 속도를 급격히 감속시킴과 동시에 완충시켜 록커와 스트라이커의 충돌 소음을 최소화할 수 있고, 또한 록커와 스트라이커의 충격에 의한 부품의 열화 및 부품파손을 방지할 수 있는 미닫이 창호용 자동잠금장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 미닫이 창호용 자동잠금장치는, 창틀의 스트라이커가 록커에 근접한 위치에서 창문의 닫힘 속도를 감속시킴과 동시에 창문을 완충하기 위한 완충기구를 더 구비하며, 완충기구는, 자동잠금조립체의 케이스에 고정되고 감속배기공을 형성한 고정통체와, 고정통체 내에서 이동가능하게 설치되고, 가속배기홈을 형성한 이동통체와, 이동통체 내에서 이동가능하게 설치된 가압부재와, 가압부재 선단부에 고정된 실리콘 재질의 완충부재와, 고정통체의 내부와 감속배기공 사이에 구비되어 상기 감속배기공의 크기를 조절하도록 설치된 감속조절부재와, 이동통체에 구비되어 이동통체의 선단측 길이를 조절하도록 설치된 길이조절부재를 포함하여 이루어진다.
