A Composite of light weight foamed concrete with multi function and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to high-strength lightweight foamed concrete, which is used at a floor of apartment buildings to reduce impact noise between households of upper and lower floors and display a high thermal insulation performance, and has a smooth filling performance in an underground cavern region or an abandoned cavern of an exhausted mine. The present invention relates to a multifunctional composition of lightweight foamed concrete and a manufacturing method thereof, in which fibrous materials are combined, so that cracks which are easy to occur in the lightweight foamed concrete are reduced. In addition, a foamed EVA chip, waste urethane foam or an inorganic lightweight aggregate having an effect of reducing the impact noise between households of the upper and lower floors in the apartment building by a porous cellular structure is used in the lightweight foamed concrete according to the present invention. Moreover, a modified foaming agent is used, in which the modified foaming agent is mixed with a foam stabilizer for preventing foam from being dissipated by improving porosity of the foam due to use of an inorganic foaming material and improving stability of foam generated from a known foaming agent. Accordingly, the performances of the impact noise reduction and the thermal insulation performance applied between upper and lower floors in a building are improved, and the composition is used for filling the abandoned cavern of the exhausted mine or an underground structure. The multifunctional composition of the lightweight foamed concrete includes: 0.55 to 0.75 vol% of bubble foam produced by the modified foaming agent; and 0.25 to 0.45 vol% of a composition produced by mixing cement with a lightweight aggregate mixture.
본 발명은 공동주택 건축물의 바닥에 사용되어 상하층 세대간 충격음 저감 성능과 고단열성능이 있으며, 지하 공동구 또는 폐광산 폐공등에의 충진성능이 원활한 고강도 경량기포 콘크리트에 관한 것으로써, 섬유상 물질이 결합되어 있어 경량기포 콘크리트에서 발생하기 쉬운 균열을 감소시키며, 다공성으로 이루어진 셀 구조에 의해 공동주택 상하층 세대간 충격음 저감 효과가 있는 발포 EVA 칩, 폐우레탄 폼 또는 무기질 경량골재를 본 발명의 경량기포 콘크리트에 사용하고, 무기질 발포성 재료의 사용에 의한 기포의 다공성 향상, 공지의 기포제에 생성 기포의 안정성을 향상시켜 기포의 소포를 방지하기 위한 기포 안정제가 혼합된 개질 기포제의 사용으로 구성되어, 건축물에서의 상하층간 충격 소음 저감과 단열성능을 향상시키고, 폐광산의 폐공동이나 지하 구조물의 지하 공동구 충진용으로 사용이 가능한 다기능성 경량기포 콘크리트 조성물 및 그 제조방법 에 관한 것이다. A Composite of light weight foamed concrete with multi function and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to high-strength lightweight foamed concrete, which is used at a floor of apartment buildings to reduce impact noise between households of upper and lower floors and display a high thermal insulation performance, and has a smooth filling performance in an underground cavern region or an abandoned cavern of an exhausted mine. The present invention relates to a multifunctional composition of lightweight foamed concrete and a manufacturing method thereof, in which fibrous materials are combined, so that cracks which are easy to occur in the lightweight foamed concrete are reduced. In addition, a foamed EVA chip, waste urethane foam or an inorganic lightweight aggregate having an effect of reducing the impact noise between households of the upper and lower floors in the apartment building by a porous cellular structure is used in the lightweight foamed concrete according to the present invention.
