The present invention relates to a plastic tube guardrail facility which has an excellent impact absorption property and an excellent impact resistant strength and is easily installed. The plastic tube guardrail facility comprises: a pile (110) fixed to the ground; a socket (120) wherein a middle body unit is connected to a side of the pile (110) by a bolt by being in contact with the side of the pile (110) and an end of a first arm (121) and a second arm (122) is connected to a guardrail (130) by the bolt; and a plastic tube guard rail (130) having a cross section of a ribbon. A first ridge (131) and a second ridge (132) on both sides are formed in the longitudinal direction across a valley (133) at the middle part, and the other side of the valley (133) has a flat connection surface (137). A first hole (134) is formed between the first ridge (131) and the connection surface (137), and a second hole (135) is formed between the second ridge (132) and the connection surface (137). A third hole (136) is formed between the valley (133) and the connection surface (137), and the bolt (125) penetrates the third hole (136) and the connection surface (137) from the third hole in order and is connected while the connection surface (137) is in contact with the end of the first arm (121) and the second arm (122) of the socket (120) when the bolt (125) is connected to the socket (120).
본 발명은 땅에 고정되는 파일(110)과; 몸체 중간부분은 파일(110) 측면에 접하여 볼트 체결되어 결합되고 제1암(121) 및 제2암(122)의 끝부분은 가드레일(130)과 볼트 체결되어 결합되는 소켓(120) 및; 가운데 골(133)을 사이로 그 양쪽 제1능선(131) 및 제2능선(132)이 길이방향으로 형성되며, 골(133)의 반대쪽은 평평한 결합평면(137)이 형성되며, 제1능선(131)과 결합평면(137) 사이에 제1구멍(134)이 형성되며, 제2능선(132)과 결합평면(137) 사이에 제2구멍(135)가 형성되며, 골(133)과 결합평면(137) 사이에 제3구멍(136)이 형성되며, 소켓에 결합시에는 결합평면(137)이 소켓(120)의 제1암(121) 및 제2암(122)의 끝부분에 접한 상태에서 볼트(125)를 골(133)에서 제3구멍(136)과 결합평면(137)을 차례로 관통시켜 체결되는형 단면적의 플라스틱관 가드레일(130); 로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가드레일 시설물에 관한 것으로 충격흡수 및 충격강도가 우수하고 설치가 간편한 효과가 있다.
