The present invention relates to a transparent soundproof frame assembly in which both surfaces are separated, wherein on both sides of a soundproof wall in which soundproof panels are stacked and coupled like an H-beam, only a damaged soundproof panel is able to be replaced without separating the entire damaged soundproof panel from the support.
