The present invention relates to a preparation of a porous lightweight molded article. According to the present invention, provided is a ceramic composition comprising 70-85 wt% of water supply and drainage sludge, 5-10 wt% of red clay, 2-5 wt% of cullet, 1-5 wt% of talc, 1-5 wt% of feldspar, 1-5 wt% of volcanic ash, 1-3 wt% of a foaming agent, and 1-3 wt% of fly ash. A lightweight insulated molded article prepared by using the ceramic composition can be variously utilized as a lightweight material, and has low production costs in comparison to waste disposal. Also, the lightweight insulated molded article has a remarkable effect of reducing energy, thereby being cost-efficient.
본 발명은 가공질 경량 성형품 제조에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따르면 상하수도 슬러지 70~85중량%, 황토 5~10중량%, 파유리 2~5중량%, 탈크 1~5중량%, 장석 1~5중량%, 화산재 1~5중량%, 발포제(foam agent) 1~3중량% 및 플라이애쉬 1~3중량%를 함유하는 세라믹조성물이 제공된다. 상기 세라믹조성물을 이용하여 제조되는 본 발명의 경량 단열 성형품은 경량재로서 다양한 활용이 가능하고 폐기물 처리에 비해 생산비용도 저렴하며 에너지 절감 효과도 뛰어나 매우 경제적이다.

The present invention relates to a preparation of a porous lightweight molded article.
