Deck plate having reversed trapezoidal lower rib
The present invention provides a deck plate capable of performing an interlock function of an auxiliary material for inducing tension and improving a resisting force by having upper and lower ribs individually protruding from the upper part and the lower part based on a deck installation surface and having a reversed trapezoidal cross section in the lower rib so that the depth of a concrete layer becomes deep. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the deck plate having a reversed trapezoidal lower rib includes: a pair of upper ribs protruding from the upper side based on the flat deck installation surface to the upper side in the reversed trapezoidal cross section or a trapezoidal cross section and having an upper groove open to the lower side by being arranged to be horizontally symmetric based on a center vertical line which is vertical to a width direction of the deck plate; a lower rib; and a deck connection unit formed in the longitudinal direction by being bent at both ends of the width direction of the deck plate. The lower rib has: a lower locking floor forming the bottom by protruding from the center between the pair of upper ribs to the lower side based on the deck installation surface; a lower locking wall formed to be erect on the lower locking floor; and a lower locking groove of the interlock cross section, which has a minimum width open to the upper side and a maximum width closed on the lower side by being enclosed by the lower locking floor and the lower locking wall.
본 발명은 데크 설치면을 기준으로 상부와 하부에 각기 돌출된 상,하부 리브를 갖되 하부 리브에 역사다리꼴 단면을 갖도록 구성하여 콘크리트층의 골이 깊어져 내력을 증대시킬 수 있고, 긴장 도입을 위한 부자재의 인터록 기능이 발휘될 수 있도록 한 데크 플레이트를 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따른 역사다리꼴 하부 리브를 갖는 데크 플레이트는, 평탄한 데크 설치면을 기준으로 윗쪽에 사다리꼴 단면 또는 역사다리꼴 단면으로 상방으로 돌출되어 데크 플레이트의 폭 방향에 수직인 중앙수직선을 기준으로 좌우 대칭적으로 배치되어 하방으로 개구된 상부골을 각기 갖는 한 쌍의 상부 리브와; 한 쌍의 상부 리브 사이의 중앙에 데크 설치면을 기준으로 하방으로 돌출되어 바닥을 이루는 하부 록킹바닥, 하부 록킹바닥에서 입설된 하부 록킹벽, 하부 록킹바닥과 하부 록킹벽에 에워싸져 상방으로 개구된 최소폭을 갖고 아랫쪽에 닫혀진 최대폭을 이루어 인터록 단면 형상의 하부 록킹골을 갖는 하부 리브와; 데크 플레이트의 폭 방향 양단부에 절곡되어 길이 방향을 따라 형성된 데크 결합부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다.
