Disclosed is a method for preparing a high strength geopolymer/aggregate composite by improving a way of mixing during a process of preparing a geopolymer/aggregate composite by mixing aggregates, particularly, artificial aggregates prepared from waste resources to a fly ash geopolymer. Provided is a method for preparing a geopolymer/aggregate composite by mixing, molding, and curing fly ash, aggregates coated with a coating solution, and an alkaline activation agent. The fly ash includes silica (SiO_2) and alumina (Al_2O_3) as main components.
석탄회 지오폴리머에 골재, 특히 폐자원으로 제조된 인공골재를 혼합하여 지오폴리머/골재 복합체를 제조하는 공정에 있어, 혼합 방식을 개선하여 고강도의 지오폴리머/골재 복합체를 제조하는 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 실리카(SiO) 및 알루미나(AlO)를 주성분으로 하는 석탄회, 코팅 용액으로 코팅된 골재 및 알칼리 활성화제를 혼합, 성형 및 경화시켜 지오폴리머/골재 복합체를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.
