Height-adjustable Steel Mould
The present invention relates to a steel form capable of height adjustment. According to the present invention, the steel form capable of height adjustment comprises: a fixing form to connect concrete foundation and a form; and a form for height adjustment installed in one side of the fixing form, using a height adjusting means to adjust a height of the form. A moving means for a surface evening device for concrete surface evening work when pouring guideway concrete is installed in a prescribed portion of the form for height adjustment. According to the present invention, the form consists of a fixing form fixated in the concrete foundation and the form for height adjustment which is able to be mounted and separated from the fixing form. Also, a rail for the surface evening device is installed in the form for height adjustment to variably adjust the height of the form by the form for height adjustment in accordance with a situation of the construction site when pouring guideway concrete to uniformly maintain a surface of the guideway concrete to precisely construct the guideway concrete. Moreover, the rail for the surface evening device is used to operate the surface evening device on a site to pour concrete, and immediately perform surface evening work to minimize polishing and grinding work.
본 발명은 높이 조절이 가능한 철제 거푸집에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 높이 조절이 가능한 철제 거푸집은 기초 콘크리트와 거푸집을 연결하는 고정 거푸집; 및 고정 거푸집의 일측에 설치되며, 높이 조절용 수단을 이용하여 거푸집의 높이를 조절할 수 있도록 구성된 높이 조절용 거푸집을 포함하며, 높이 조절용 거푸집의 소정 부위에는 주행로 콘크리트 타설시 콘크리트 표면 고르기 작업을 위한 면고르기 장치용 이동 수단이 설치되어 있다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 거푸집이 기초 콘크리트에 고정되는 고정 거푸집과 고정 거푸집과 결합 및 분리가 가능한 높이 조절용 거푸집으로 구성되어 있고, 또한 높이 조절용 거푸집에는 면고르기 장치용 레일이 설치되어 있어, 콘크리트 주행로의 타설시 시공 현장의 상황에 따라 높이 조절용 거푸집에 의해 거푸집의 높이를 가변적으로 조절해 줌으로써 콘크리트 주행로의 면을 일정하게 유지할 수 있고, 이에 따라 콘트리트 주행로를 정밀하게 시공할 수 있다. 또한, 면고르기 장치용 레일을 이용하여 면고르기 장치를 현장에서 운용할 수 있어 콘크리트 타설과 함께 면고르기 작업을 바로 수행할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 연마, 연삭 작업을 최소화하는 장점이 있다.

본 발명은 높이 조절이 가능한 철제 거푸집에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 높이 조절이 가능한 철제 거푸집은 기초 콘크리트와 거푸집을 연결하는 고정 거푸집; 및 고정 거푸집의 일측에 설치되며, 높이 조절용 수단을 이용하여 거푸집의 높이를 조절할 수 있도록 구성된 높이 조절용 거푸집을 포함하며, 높이 조절용 거푸집의 소정 부위에는 주행로 콘크리트 타설시 콘크리트 표면 고르기 작업을 위한 면고르기 장치용 이동 수단이 설치되어 있다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 거푸집이 기초 콘크리트에 고정되는 고정 거푸집과 고정 거푸집과 결합 및 분리가 가능한 높이 조절용 거푸집으로 구성되어 있고, 또한 높이 조절용 거푸집에는 면고르기 장치용 레일이 설치되어 있어, 콘크리트 주행로의 타설시 시공 현장의 상황에 따라 높이 조절용 거푸집에 의해 거푸집의 높이를 가변적으로 조절해 줌으로써 콘크리트 주행로의 면을 일정하게 유지할 수 있고, 이에 따라 콘트리트 주행로를 정밀하게 시공할 수 있다. 또한, 면고르기 장치용 레일을 이용하여 면고르기 장치를 현장에서 운용할 수 있어 콘크리트 타설과 함께 면고르기 작업을 바로 수행할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 연마, 연삭 작업을 최소화하는 장점이 있다.
