The present disclosure, in a bead or urethane composition which is an insulating material, provides a manufacturing method of an insulation panel having a capsule with a fire extinguisher chemical. In case of a panel formed by a urethane material, the manufacturing method comprises a step of making a urethane mixture by inputting and mixing a capsule with 63-83 wt% of polyol; 0.5-10 wt% of silicon; 1-15 wt% of a catalyst; and 1-35 wt% of a foaming material, isocyanate, and a fire extinguisher chemical in a mixer.
본 개시는 단열재료인 비드 또는 우레탄 조성물에 있어서, 소화약제가 내장된 캡슐을 포함하는 단열재 패널을 제작하는 방법을 제공한다. 우레탄 재료의 패널인 경우, 중량비를 기준으로, 폴리올 63 ~ 83%, 실리콘 0.5 ~ 10%, 촉매 1 ~ 15%, 발포재 1 ~ 35%, 및 이소시아네이트와 소화약제가 내장된 캡슐을 혼합기에 투입, 혼합하여 우레탄 혼합물을 조성하는 단계를 포함한다.
