PHC Landslide Protection Wall Construction Method Using PHC Pile and Anchor Bolt

The present invention relates to a method of constructing a retaining wall using a PHC pile allowing a strip to be installed without a bracket and more specifically, to a method of constructing a retaining wall using a PHC pile and an anchor bolt capable of simply supporting a strip only using an anchor bolt without a separate bracket for supporting a strip. The method of constructing a retaining wall using a PHC pile and an anchor bolt comprises: (a) a step of filling a PHC pile installed in the ground with concrete to form a retaining wall; (b) a step of excavating an excavation surface of the ground in which the PHC pile is installed at a predetermined depth; (c) a step of forming an anchor bolt installation hole by making a hole from the predetermined height of the exposed PHC pile to a predetermined depth of the concrete; (d) a step of installing an anchor bolt to the anchor bolt installation hole so that one end protrudes to the outside of the PHC pile at a predetermined length; and (e) a step of installing the strip to an upper portion of the anchor bolt.

본 발명은 브라켓 없이 띠장의 설치가 가능한 PHC 파일을 이용한 흙막이 벽체의 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 띠장을 지지하기 위한 브라켓을 별도로 구성하지 않고 앵커 볼트만을 이용하여 간단하게 띠장을 지지하도록 하는 PHC 파일과 앵커볼트를 이용한 흙막이 벽체의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 (a) 흙막이 벽체 형성을 위하여 지중에 매입된 PHC 파일의 내부에 콘크리트를 충전하는 단계; (b) PHC 파일이 매입된 지반의 굴착면을 일정 깊이로 굴착하는 단계; (c) 노출된 PHC 파일의 일정 높이에서 콘크리트의 일정 깊이까지 천공하여 앵커 볼트 설치공을 형성하는 단계; (d) 일단부가 PHC 파일의 외부로 일정 길이 돌출되도록 앵커 볼트를 앵커 볼트 설치공에 설치하는 단계; (e) 띠장을 앵커 볼트의 상부에 설치하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
