Polyester nonwoven fabric for engineering works and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a polyester nonwoven fabric for civil engineering and a method for manufacturing the same. The method for manufacturing the polyester nonwoven fabric for civil engineering according to the present invention is a polyester nonwoven fabric manufacturing method by which a polyester polymer is spun, filament stretching is performed through an ejector, and then a web is formed on a conveyor belt through filament opening based on collision plate-based collision and mechanical strength is given by means of thermal compression or needle punching and form stability is given by means of post-processing or calendar processing during the manufacturing. One including a master batch containing a UV stabilizer is used as the polyester polymer and a hydrophilic agent is applied to its surface after the filament stretching during the manufacturing. According to the polyester nonwoven fabric for civil engineering and the method for manufacturing the polyester nonwoven fabric for civil engineering according to the present invention that has the configuration described above, the UV stabilizer and the hydrophilic agent are added during the manufacturing of the nonwoven fabric for civil engineering. Accordingly, in a case where the nonwoven fabric is used after the manufacturing, the nonwoven fabric that is used is capable of maintaining its strength even after it is left out in the open air for long due to halted construction. In addition, water drainage can be smoothly performed even in rain because of the hydrophilic agent, and thus damage attributable to water can be reduced. Furthermore, the present invention can be useful for soil loss prevention and as a soil bag or a vegetation mat, and thus is capable of dealing with problems of the related art described above.
본 발명은 토목용 폴리에스테르 부직포 및 그 제조방법에 대한 것으로, 상기한 본 발명의 토목용 폴리에스테르 부직포의 제조방법은 폴리에스테르 중합체를 방사하고 이젝터를 통하여 필라멘트를 연신시킨 후 충돌판의 충돌에 의한 필라멘트 개섬으로 컨베이어벨트 상에 웹을 형성시켜 열압착하거나 니들펀칭에 의해 기계적 강도를 부여하며 후가공 및 칼렌더 가공에 의해 형태안정성을 부여하여 제조하는 폴리에스테르 부직포의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 중합체에는 UV 안정제가 함유된 마스터배치가 포함된 것을 사용하고, 필라멘트 연신 후 친수제가 표면에 도포되도록 하여 제조함을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 토목용 폴리에스테르 부직포 및 그 제조방법은 토목용 부직포 제작시 UV안정제와 친수제를 첨가하여 제조하므로 이렇게 제조된 부직포를 사용하는 경우, 공사가 중단이 되어 장기간 옥외에 방치되더라도 사용된 부직포의 강도가 유지되며 친수제의 역할에 의해 비가 내리더라도 배수가 잘 되어 물에 의한 손상도 줄일 수 있고, 또한 토양유실 방지 외에 토낭이나 식생매트로도 유용하게 사용이 가능하여 상기한 종래의 문제점을 해결하였다.
