Pipe freezing prevention apparatus
The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing a pipe from freezing and, more specifically, to an apparatus for preventing a pipe from freezing to insert a heat wire into a pipe by drilling a weak portion of the pipe which can be easily frozen. The apparatus for preventing a pipe from freezing comprises: a clamp which has a body to be coupled while enclosing an outer circumference of a pipe, a coupling unit formed on one side of the body to protrude outwards to be penetrated to connect an inner side and an outer side thereof, and a screw unit formed on an inner side of the coupling unit, and is coupled to position the coupling unit on a drilled unit of the pipe; a coupling part having a plurality of heat wire penetration holes formed on an inner side thereof and vertically penetrated, an upper coupling unit formed on an outer circumference of an upper side thereof, and a lower coupling unit formed on a lower side thereof to be coupled to the coupling unit of the clamp; packing seated on an upper end of the coupling part and provided with a plurality of heat wire penetration holes formed on positions identical to the coupling part; a cap which is coupled to the upper coupling unit of the coupling part to seal the upper side of the coupling part to finish the upper side of the coupling part, and forms a space between the upper end of the coupling part and an inner side thereof; and a plurality of heat wires which penetrate the drilled unit, the coupling unit, the coupling part, and the packing from an inner side of the pipe to be inserted, and are connected to each other in the space of the cap.
본 발명은 관로의 동파를 방지하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 동파가 쉽게 발생할 수 있는 관로의 취약부분을 천공하여 열선을 관로 내측으로 투입하기 위한 관로 동파방지 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 파이프의 외측 둘레를 감싸면서 체결되도록 몸체가 형성되고, 상기 몸체의 일측에는 외측으로 돌출되면서 내측과 외측이 연통되도록 관통된 체결부가 형성되며, 상기 체결부의 내측으로는 나사부가 형성되고, 상기 파이프의 천공부에 상기 체결부가 위치되도록 체결되는 클램프; 내측으로는 상하로 관통된 복수의 열선관통공이 형성되면서 상측의 외측둘레로는 상부체결부가 형성되고, 하측에는 상기 클램프의 체결부에 체결되기 위한 하부체결부가 형성된 체결구; 상기 체결구의 상단에 안착되며, 상기 체결구와 동일한 위치에 복수의 열선관통공이 형성된 패킹; 상기 체결구의 상부체결부에 체결되어 체결구의 상측을 밀폐하여 마감하며, 체결구의 상단과 내측사이에 공간부를 형성하는 캡; 상기 파이프의 내측으로부터 천공부, 체결부, 체결구, 패킹을 관통하여 삽입되고 캡의 공간부에서 서로 결선되는 복수의 열선;으로 구성된다.
