Pipe freezing prevention apparatus
The present invention relates to a device for preventing freeze and burst of a pipe conduit and, specifically, to a freeze preventing device for a pipe conduit, which is to prevent freezing in a pipe conduit by inserting a hot wire by boring a weak part of the pipe conduit easily frozen and burst and connecting the inserted hot wires by a single line by drawing the inserted hot wire to the outside through the bored hole. The freeze preventing device for a pipe conduit can store clearance length of the hot wire for maintenance when a defect of the hot wire is generated. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the freeze preventing device for a pipe conduit comprises: a binding unit coupled to a bored part of the pipe conduit, wherein the hot wire inserted into the pipe is inserted into the binding unit by passing through the binding unit; and a connection valve drawing the hot wire passing through the binding unit by being coupled to the binding unit to the outside. The binding unit has a groove-shaped hot wire accommodating groove for inserting the hot wire into the outer circumference. Also, multiple insertion grooves are formed from an upper end of the binding unit toward the hot wire accommodating groove.
본 발명은 관로의 동파를 방지하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 동파가 쉽게 발생할 수 있는 관로의 취약부분을 천공하여 열선을 삽입하고, 삽입된 열선을 천공을 통해 외부로 인출하여 하나의 라인으로 연결함으로써 관로 내부의 결빙을 방지하기 위한 관로 동파방지장치에 있어서, 열선의 하자 발생시에 유지보수를 위한 열선의 여유 길이를 보관할 수 있도록 한 관로 동파방지장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 관로의 천공된 부위에 체결되어 배관 내부에 삽입된 열선이 관통되어 삽입되는 결속부와, 상기 결속부에 체결되어 결속부를 관통한 열선을 외부로 인출시키는 연결밸브로 구성된 관로 동파방지장치에 있어서, 상기 결속부는 그 외주면 둘레로 열선을 삽입하여 끼우기 위한 홈 형태의 열선 수납홈이 형성되고, 결속부의 상단부위로부터 열선 수납홈까지 복수의 끼움홈이 형성된다.
