The present invention includes: a weight pivot (37) provided on a frame (71) of a movable hitch; a weight (31) attached to the weight pivot (37) such that the weight pivot (37) can be operated by gravity; and a shape cooperating with the weight (31) in a movable hitch (14). In the present invention, since a safety device operating in the movable hitch (14) of a quick coupler basically provides a means for mechanically fixing fastening pins (11, 12) of an attachment, a hydraulic cylinder of the quick coupler can fail during an operation or malfunction, an accident that the attachment is released from the quick coupler does not occur. Furthermore, since the quick coupler is not easily broken or does not malfunction since the movable hitch is not burdened even in an environment of bad conditions that pebbles or rocks are splashed or mixed in all directions, the long-term use and stability of the quick coupler can be ensured.
본 발명에서는 가동히치의 프레임(71)에 무게추축(37)을 구비시키고 여기에 무게추(31)를 달아 중력에 의해 동작하도록 하고 가동히치(14)에는 이 무게추(31)에 협조할 수 있도록 한 형상을 구비하도록 하였다. 그결과 유압실린더가 부러지거나 기능을 멈출경우 퀵커플러의 가동히치측이 상단으로 올라간 상태에서는 무게추(31)가 가동히치(14)의 동작을 잠그도록 되어 있으며, 고정후크(13)측이 올라간 퀵커플러의 경사상태로 고정후크(13)에 어태치먼트의 체결핀(11)이 걸려져 있을때에는 하단으로 향해있는 가동히치(14)에 의해 또다른 어태치먼트의 체결핀(12)이 가동히치(14)를 벗어나지 않고 그대로 걸려져 있도록 한 것이다. 무게추(31)는 무게추축(37)에 매달리도록 구성할 수 있으나 본 발명의 또 다른 일실시예에 따르면 무게추(31)는 프레임(71)에 형성된 사각또는 타원형의 동공에 장착될 수 있으며 무게추자체도 사각또는 원형으로 구성될 수 있다. 마찬가지로, 무게추(31)에 협력하는 가동히치(14)측 해당부위의 형상은 톱니형일수도 있으며 그렇치 않으면 사각 또는 원형의 무게추에 대응되도록 타원형 또는 직사각의 홈이 될 수 도 있다. 본 발명에서는 기본적으로 퀵커플러의 가동히치(14)에서 동작하는 안전장치가 기계적으로 어태치먼트의 체결핀(11,12)을 고정하도록 하는 수단을 제공하고 있으므로 작업도중 퀵커플러의 유압실린더가 고장나거나 제기능을 못하더라도 그로 인해 어태치먼트가 퀵커플러로부터 해제되는 사고는 발생하지 않게 된다.나아가, 돌덩어리나 바위등이 사방으로 튀거나 혼재하고 있는 악조건의 환경속에서도 가동히치에 부담을 주지않게 되므로 퀵커플러의 쉽게 파손되거나 오작동 되지 않아 퀵커플러의 장기간 사용과 안정성을 보장할 수 있게 된다.
