HYBRID TYPE GRAVITY OFFSHORE STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a hybrid type gravity offshore structure, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, a caisson is made of concrete; and a shaft installed perpendicular to the caisson is made of steel material, wherein the shaft and an upper portion structure are prepared in a shipyard at the same time of preparing the caisson, and are moved to a production site to assemble the caisson and the shaft. As such, by using the present invention, quality is able to easily be managed; resistance to ice abrasion in the arctic or sub-arctic area is sufficiently fulfilled; and a construction time greatly reduced by preparing the caisson and the shaft at the same time.
본 발명은 하이브리드 타입 중력 해양구조물 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 케이슨(Caisson)은 콘크리트로 제작하고, 케이슨에 수직으로 설치되는 샤프트는 스틸 재료로 제작하되, 샤프트 및 상부구조물은 케이슨의 제작과 동시에 조선소에서 제작한 후 생산 현장(Production site)으로 이동하여 케이슨에 샤프트를 조립하여 제조함으로써, 질적 관리가 용이하고, 극지방(Arctic or sub-arctic area)에서의 아이스 마모 저항(Ice abrasion resistance)을 충분히 갖도록 하고, 케이슨과 샤프트를 동시에 제작하여 공사기간을 대폭 단축할 수 있다.
