The present invention relates to an apparatus to treat food waste, comprising: a food waste grinder which grinds food waste which is discharged from the drain of a sink; a microorganism treatment unit which decomposes the grounds, which are made by the food waste grinder, by using microorganisms; a connection pipe which is detachably connected to one of the food waste grinder and the microorganism treatment unit and which transfers the grounds from the food waste grinder to the microorganism treatment unit; and a cable unit which has a pair of cables which allow the food waste grinder to drive in accordance with the control of the microorganism treatment unit. The pair of cables are extended from the microorganism treatment unit to the food waste grinder along the connection pipe and are connected or disconnected when the connection pipe is combined or detached. When the connection pipe is combined with the food waste grinder, the microorganism treatment unit is electrically connected to the food waste grinder by the pair of cables to control the food waste grinder. As the connection pipe is detached from the food waste grinder, and the pair of cables are electrically disconnected from the food waste grinder, the food waste grinder is desirable to be limited from grinding food. The present invention aims to provide an apparatus to treat food waste, which is able to fundamentally prevent grounds of food waste from being discharged to the drain.
본 발명은 음식물 쓰레기 처리 장치에 관한 것으로, 싱크대의 배수구로부터 배출되는 음식물 쓰레기를 분쇄하는 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기와, 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기에 의해 분쇄된 분쇄물을 미생물을 이용하여 분해하는 미생물 처리기와, 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기와 미생물 처리기 중 어느 하나에 결합 및 분리 가능하게 연결되어, 분쇄물을 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기로부터 미생물 처리기로 이동시키는 연결관과, 미생물 처리기의 제어에 따라 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기의 구동을 가능하게 하는 한 쌍의 케이블이 마련된 케이블유닛을 포함하고, 한 쌍의 케이블은 미생물 처리기로부터 연결관을 따라 연장되어 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기로 연결되어, 연결관이 결합 및 분리될 때 연결 및 연결 해제되고, 연결관이 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기에 결합되면, 미생물 처리기는 한 쌍의 케이블에 의해 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기에 전기적으로 연결되어 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기를 구동가능하게 제어할 수 있고, 연결관이 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기와의 결합이 해제되면서, 한 쌍의 케이블도 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기와의 전기적 연결이 끊어지면, 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기는 음식물을 분쇄하는 작동이 제한되는 것이 바람직하다.
