Integrated curtain wall and curtain wall system using thereof
Disclosed are an integrated curtain wall frame, and a curtain wall system using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the integrated curtain wall frame comprises: a screw coupling unit formed in a structure where a portion of one side of the curtain wall frame facing a glass plate supported by the curtain wall frame is indented into the curtain wall frame, wherein a screw member coupling a pressure plate to fixate a glass plate to the curtain wall frame is coupled thereto; a first coupling groove unit into which one end of a sealant or a gasket disposed between the curtain wall frame and the glass plate supported by the curtain wall frame is inserted to be coupled; and a second coupling groove unit into which one end of a support member supporting an upper glass plate or an insulation member arranged between a first glass plate and a second glass plate supported by the curtain wall frame is inserted to be coupled. The integrated curtain wall frame is able to be applied regardless of an insulation method or a glass plate fixing method of a curtain wall system. A thermal bridge is minimized and durability of the curtain wall system is improved.
통합형 커튼월 프레임 및 이를 이용한 커튼월 시스템에 관한 기술이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 통합형 커튼월 프레임은, 상기 커튼월 프레임에 의해 지지되는 유리판과 대면하는 상기 커튼월 프레임의 일 측면 중 일부가 상기 커튼월 프레임의 내측으로 함입된 구조로 형성되고, 상기 커튼월 프레임에 유리판 고정용 프레셔플레이트를 결합시키는 스크류 부재가 체결되는 스크류 체결부; 상기 커튼월 프레임과 상기 커튼월 프레임에 의해 지지되는 유리판 사이에 개재되는 개스킷 또는 실란트의 일단부가 삽입되어 결합되는 제1 결합 홈부; 및 상기 커튼월 프레임에 의해 지지되는 제1 유리판 및 제2 유리판 사이에 배치되는 단열 부재 또는 상부 유리판을 지지하는 지지 부재의 일단부가 삽입되어 결합되는 제2 결합 홈부를 포함하여, 커튼월 시스템의 유리판 고정 방식이나 단열 방식과 관계없이 적용 가능하면서도 열교 현상을 최소화하고 커튼월 시스템의 내구성을 개선한다.
