The present invention relates to an outer brick wall for preventing a deviation of a brick and a construction method for the same. The bricks installed to be placed on a plate in the upper part of an expansion joint are inserted into a brick support bracket and are connected and fixed by a fixing piece. Therefore, the outer brick wall can prevent the bricks from being separated to the outside, and the stable brick wall can be formed. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the outer brick wall, which is located at fixed intervals from a bearing wall and is formed as the multiple bricks are piled, comprises: the expansion joint installed to be horizontal between the bricks and preventing a crack from being generated on the outer brick wall; the multiple brick support brackets installed at the fixed intervals from the bearing wall to be located in the upper part of the expansion joint, wherein the brick support bracket comprises a fixing unit installed on the bearing wall and a support unit protruding from the fixing unit to the brick; the plate installed in the support unit of the brick support bracket and supporting the bricks piled in the upper part of the expansion joint; the brick piled in the upper part of the plate and having an insertion groove on both sides in the height direction; and the fixing piece having a cutting groove at the center to be inserted into the support unit of the brick support bracket and fixing the bricks while being connected to the brick support bracket as both ends based on the cutting groove are inserted into the insertion groove of the bricks adjacent.
본 발명은 벽돌의 탈락이 방지되는 외부벽돌벽 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 신축조인트의 상부에서 플레이트에 놓여지도록 설치되는 벽돌들을 벽돌지지브래킷에 끼워지도록 설치되는 고정편을 통해 연결하여 고정해줌으로써 벽돌들이 외측으로 탈락되는 것을 방지하여 안정적인 벽돌벽을 형성할 수 있도록 하는 벽돌의 탈락이 방지되는 외부벽돌벽 및 그 시공방법을 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 내력벽에서 소정의 간격으로 이격되도록 위치하고 다수의 벽돌을 조적하여 형성되는 외부벽돌벽에 있어서, 상기 벽돌들 사이에 수평하게 설치되어 외부벽돌벽에 크랙이 발생되는 것을 방지하는 신축조인트; 상기 내력벽에 설치되는 고정부와, 상기 고정부로부터 벽돌 방향으로 돌출 형성되는 지지부로 이루어지고 상기 신축조인트의 상부에 위치하도록 내력벽에 소정의 간격으로 설치되는 다수의 벽돌지지브래킷; 상기 벽돌지지브래킷의 지지부에 설치되어 신축조인트의 상부에 조적되는 벽돌들을 지지해주는 플레이트; 상기 플레이트의 상부에 조적되고 양측면에 높이 방향으로 끼움홈이 형성되어 있는 벽돌; 상기 벽돌지지브래킷의 지지부에 끼워지도록 중심에 절개홈이 형성되고 절개홈을 기준으로 양측단이 이웃하는 벽돌의 끼움홈에 삽입되어 벽돌지지브래킷에 결합된 상태로 상기 벽돌들을 고정해주는 고정편;를 포함하여 구성된 벽돌의 탈락이 방지되는 외부벽돌벽 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
