Sink furniture door and manufacturing method thereof
A technical solution of the present invention is to provide a sink furniture door for minimizing the crushing of edges of sink furniture doors. To this end, the sink furniture door of the present invention comprises: a frame part having a space part in the center; and an exterior packaging part enclosing the frame part to cover the space part. The exterior packaging part includes: an exterior packaging plate enclosing the frame part; and first and second triangular furrows continuously connected to portions corresponding to angled corners of the frame part of the exterior packaging plate and inducing folding of the exterior packaging plate such that the exterior packaging plate is folded without breaking when the exterior packaging plate is folded at the angular corner of the frame part; and a reverse triangular ridge formed between the first and second triangular furrows, and having a vertex placed on the angled corner and a bottom surface covering the angled corner when the exterior packaging plate is folded at an angled corner of the frame part.
본 발명은 싱크대 가구 문짝의 모서리가 뭉개지는 것을 최소화할 수 있는 싱크대 가구 문짝을 제공하는 것이 그 기술적 과제이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명의 싱크대 가구 문짝은, 가운데에 공간부를 가지는 틀부; 및 상기 공간부가 덮이도록 상기 틀부를 감싸며 외장을 이루는 외장부를 포함하고, 상기 외장부는, 상기 틀부를 감싸는 외장 판재; 및 상기 외장 판재 중 상기 틀부의 각진 모서리에 대응되는 부분에 연이어지게 형성되며 상기 외장 판재가 상기 틀부의 각진 모서리에서 접히면 부서짐 없이 접히도록 상기 외장 판재의 접힘을 유도하는 제1 및 제2 삼각 골; 및 상기 제1 및 제2 삼각 골 사이를 이루며 상기 외장 판재가 상기 틀부의 각진 모서리에서 접히면 상기 각진 모서리에 꼭지점이 놓이고 밑면이 상기 각진 모서리를 덮는 역삼각 산을 포함한다.
