The present invention relates to an opening and closing repetitiveness test device for a door for sink furniture including a gas spring. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the opening and closing repetitiveness test device for a door for sink furniture including the gas spring, capable of obtaining reliability on a test result. The opening and closing repetitiveness test device for a door for sink furniture includes: a frame unit including sink furniture to perform an opening and closing repetitiveness test of an opening and closing door and installed to control the height of the sink furniture; a door opening unit formed in the frame unit and attached to the inside of the sink furniture, wherein the door opening unit operates the gas spring formed in the sink furniture by rotating the opening and closing door to a fixed angle; a door closing unit formed in the upper part of the frame unit and closing the opening and closing door by downward rotation of the opening and closing door while pushing the outer surface of the opening and closing door completely opened by the door opening unit; and a control unit controlling operation of all components to perform the opening and closing repetitiveness test of the opening and closing door and setting an opening and closing number condition of the opening and closing door, wherein the control unit records and stores displacement on the opening and closing.
본 발명은 가스 스프링이 구비된 싱크대 가구용 도어의 개폐 반복성 테스트 장치에 관한 것으로, 개폐도어의 개폐 반복성 시험이 이루어지도록 싱크대 가구가 내부에 설치되며, 상기 싱크대 가구의 높이 조절이 가능하도록 설치되는 프레임부; 상기 프레임부에 구성되되, 상기 싱크대 가구의 내부로 밀착되게 구성되고, 상기 개폐도어를 일정 각도까지만 회전시켜 상기 싱크대 가구에 구성된 가스 스프링의 구동이 이루어지도록 하는 도어 개방수단; 상기 프레임부의 상부에 구성되며, 상기 도어 개방수단에 의해 개방이 완료된 상기 개폐도어의 외면부를 밀어 주면서 상기 개폐도어의 하향 회전에 의해 폐쇄 작동이 이루어지도록 하는 도어 폐쇄수단; 및 상기 개폐도어의 개폐 반복성 시험이 이루어지도록 모든 구성요소들의 구동을 제어하고, 상기 개폐도어의 개폐횟수 조건을 설정하며, 개폐에 대한 변위를 기록 및 저장하는 제어부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
