The present invention relates to a lifting and lowering bench for a lower portion of a building construction exterior temporary wall and, more specifically, relates to a lifting and lowering bench for a portion of a building construction exterior temporary wall provided with a bench lifting and lowering on a lower portion of a temporary wall to perform safe exterior wall construction of a high building. To achieve this, the lifting and lowering bench for the lower portion of a building construction exterior temporary wall comprises: a column provided on the outside of a building for construction to perform lifting and lowering performance, and having at least one thereof arranged to be fixated to each other; a guide column extended to a lower portion of the column; a lifting and lowering column accommodated inside the guide column performing lifting and lowering operation; a driving member provided on the lower portion of the lifting and lowering column; a lifting and lowering member driven by the driving member and lifting and lowering the lifting and lowering column; and a bench provided on the end of the lower portion of the lifting and lowering column, thus being capable of performing safe exterior wall construction of a high building.
본 발명은 건축 공사 외부 가설벽체용 하부 승.하강 작업대에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 가설벽체 하부에 승.하강을 이루는 작업대가 구비되어 고층건물의 외벽시공을 안전하게 이룰 수 있는 건축 공사 외부 가설벽체용 하부 승.하강 작업대에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 공사를 위한 건축물의 외부에 구비되어 승.하강을 이루고, 적어도 하나 이상의 배열되어 상호 고정되는 기둥과; 상기 기둥 하부에 연장되게 구비된 가이드 기둥과; 상기 가이드 기둥을 내측으로 수용하며 승.하강 하는 승.하강 기둥과; 상기 승.하강 기둥 하부 내에 구비되는 구동부재와; 상기 구동부재에 의해 구동되어 승.하강 기둥을 승.하강하는 승.하강부재와; 상기 승.하강 기둥 하부 끝단에 구비되는 작업대;로 구비되어 고층건물의 외벽시공을 안전하게 이룰 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
