The present invention relates to a lifting and lowering bench for a building construction exterior temporary wall and, more specifically, relates to a lifting and lowering bench for a building construction exterior temporary wall provided with a bench lifting and lowering in a temporary wall to perform safe exterior wall construction of a high building. To achieve this, the lifting and lowering bench for the building construction exterior temporary wall comprises: a column provided on the outside of a building for construction to perform lifting and lowering performance, and having at least one thereof arranged to be fixated to each other; a driving member provided in a column to lift and lower an operation column; at least one operation column inserted into the column to be lifted and lowered; a lifting and lowering member lifting and lowering the operation column by a driving portion; and a bench provided on the end of the operation column, thus being capable of performing safe exterior wall construction of a high building.
본 발명은 건축 공사 외부 가설벽체용 승.하강 작업대에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 가설벽체에 승.하강을 이루는 작업대가 구비되어 고층건물의 외벽시공을 안전하게 이룰 수 있는 건축 공사 외부 가설벽체용 승.하강 작업대에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 공사를 위한 건축물의 외부에 구비되어 승.하강을 이루고, 적어도 하나 이상의 배열되어 상호 고정되는 기둥과; 상기 기둥내에 구비되어 작업기둥을 승.하강 하는 구동부재와; 상기 기둥에 각각 삽입되어 승.하강을 이루는 적어도 하나 이상의 작업기둥과; 상기 구동부에 의해 상기 작업기둥을 승.하강 하는 승.하강부재와; 상기 작업기둥 끝단에 구비되는 작업대;로 구비되어 고층건물의 외벽시공을 안전하게 이룰 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
