The present invention relates to a water-saving toilet capable of reducing waste of washing water by reducing a delay time of storing a part of the washing water in a bowl by directly supplying the part of the washing water to a sewage discharge unit rotating by the weight thereof when a predetermined amount of the washing water for washing is stored without passing through the bowl when the washing water is injected into the toilet. According to the present invention, the water-saving toilet comprises: a toilet body unit (1100) including the bowl (1110) in which a predetermined amount of sewage is stored having a direct water inlet path (1150), wherein the toilet main body (1100) includes a connection pipe (1120) discharging the sewage stored in the bowl (1110), and a cover unit (1130); a branch unit (1200) dividing a part of direct water from the direct water inlet path (1150), enabling the part of the direct water to fall down into a cover unit (1130); a corrugated pipe (1300) capable of bending; a sewage discharge pipe (1400) located in the cover unit (1130), wherein an end on one side is connected to the corrugated pipe (1300) and is erect; a cover (1410) to discharge the sewage installed in a discharge end of the sewage discharge pipe (1400) and being able to be opened and closed while closing the sewage discharge pipe (1400); a storage unit (1420) rotating the sewage discharge pipe (1400) by the weight thereof when the predetermined amount of the direct water is stored; and an elastic unit (1500) elastically connecting the connection pipe (1120) and the sewage discharge pipe (1400).

본 발명은 직수유입로(1150)가 형성되고 오수가 일정량 저장되는 보울(1110)이 구비되며, 보울(1110)에 저장되는 오수를 배출시키는 연결관(1120)과, 보울(1110)의 후방을 덮으며 상기 연결관(1120)을 통해 배출되는 오물을 변기 외부로 배출하는 바닥관(1140)으로 유도되도록 하는 커버부(1130)가 구비된 양변기 몸체부(1100); 직수유입로(1150) 내부로 설치되며 보울(1110)로의 직수 유입시 직수유입로(1150)로부터 직수의 일부가 분기되어 커버부(1130) 내부로 낙하되도록 하는 분기부(1200); 연결관(1120)에 연결되며, 휨이 가능한 주름관(1300); 상기 커버부(1130) 내에 위치하며, 일측 단부가 주름관(1300)과 연결되어 연통되고 직립되도록 설치되며, 하방 회동에 의해 보울(1110)로부터 상기 주름관(1300)을 통해 유입된 오수를 커버부(1130)로 배출되도록 하는 직선관으로 된 오수배출관(1400); 오수배출관(1400)의 배출측 단부에 구비되어 오수배출관(1400)을 폐쇄시키며 개폐가능한 오수배출용 커버(1410); 오수배출용 커버(1410)의 외측 상부에 구비되며 분기부(1200)에 의해 분기되어 낙하된 직수가 저장되며, 저장된 직수가 설정된 양을 이루면, 자중에 의해 오수배출관(1400)을 회동시키는 저장부(1420); 연결관(1120)과 오수배출관(1400)을 탄성적으로 연결하며, 오수 배출 후 오수배출관(1400)가 직립되는 상태를 이루는 탄성력을 갖는 탄성부(1500); 를 포함하여 이루어진다.
