A Robot Apparatus for Repairing a Underground Pipe and A System for Repairing a Underground with the Same

The present invention relates to an automatic drainpipe repairing robot device and a drainpipe repairing system using the same and, more specifically, relates to an automatic drainpipe repairing robot device and the drainpipe repairing system using the same, wherein a robot moves to a repairing point of a drainpipe, and inputs a repairing agent to the repairing point to be cured; thereby repairing the drainpipe. The drainpipe repairing system comprises: an automatic repairing robot device including a vision unit (17) moved to a predetermined position in a drainpipe and checking a repairing point (RP), a block supporter (14) fixating a repairing agent supply block (15) to the repairing point (RP), and a fixed supporter (16) fixated to an inner wall surface of the drain pipe together with the block supporter (14); and repairing agent supply units (121, 122) which supply a repairing agent to the automatic repairing robot device. The repairing agent supply units (121, 122) are installed outside the drainpipe, and are connected to the automatic repairing robot device by a supply conduit (SL).

본 발명은 하수관 자동 보수 로봇 장치 및 그에 의한 하수관 보수 시스템에 관한 것이고, 구체적으로 하수관의 보수 지점으로 로봇이 이동되어 보수 지점으로 보수제를 투입하여 경화가 되도록 하는 것에 의하여 하수관의 보수가 가능하도록 하는 하수관 자동 보수 로봇 장치 및 그에 의한 하수관 보수 시스템에 관한 것이다. 자동 로봇 구조의 하수관 보수 시스템은 하수관의 내부에서 정해진 위치로 이동 가능하고, 보수 지점(RP)의 확인을 위한 비전 유닛(17), 보수제 공급 블록(15)을 보수 지점(RP)에 고정시키는 블록 서포터(14), 블록 서포터(14)와 함께 하수관의 내부 벽면에 고정되는 고정 서포터(16)로 이루어진 자동 보수 로봇 장치; 및 자동 보수 로봇 장치로 보수제를 공급하는 보수제 공급 유닛(121, 122)을 포함하고, 상기 보수제 공급 유닛(121, 122)은 하수관의 외부에 배치되어 공급 도관(SL)에 의하여 자동 보수 로봇 장치와 연결된다.
