Construction Equipment having Safty Function
The present invention relates to construction equipment having a safety function, which comprises: a turning unit to rotate an upper body; a first main line connecting one side of the turning unit and a pump generating hydraulic pressure to operate the construction equipment by using a working fluid; a second main line connecting the other side of the turning unit and the pump; a bypass line connected to the first main line and the second main line, and enabling a portion of the working fluid supplied to the turning unit in the pump to make a detour; an opening and closing unit to open and close the bypass line; a sensor unit to measure an inclined angle of the construction equipment; and a control unit controlling the opening and closing unit to open and close the bypass line in accordance with the measured angle that is measured by the sensor unit.
본 발명은 상부체를 회전시키기 위한 선회부, 상기 선회부의 일측과 작동유를 이용하여 건설장비를 작동시키기 위한 유압을 발생시키는 펌프를 연결하는 제1메인라인, 상기 선회부의 타측과 상기 펌프를 연결하는 제2메인라인, 상기 제1메인라인과 상기 제2메인라인에 연결되고 상기 펌프에서 상기 선회부로 공급되는 작동유 중 일부를 우회시키기 위한 바이패스라인, 상기 바이패스라인을 개폐하기 위한 개폐부, 상기 건설장비의 기울어진 각도를 측정하기 위한 센서부 및 상기 센서부가 측정한 측정각도에 따라 상기 바이패스라인을 개폐하도록 상기 개폐부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 안전기능이 부가된 건설장비에 관한 것이다.
