SYSTEM CEILING FOR CLEAN ROOM
A system ceiling for a clean room according to the present invention includes: a mold bar continuously installed at equal intervals on a ceiling of a clean room; a sandwich panel mounted on the mold bar, having a protrusion and a groove, respectively, formed on one surface and the other surface, fitting the protrusion and the groove to a panel adjacent to one surface and the other surface thereof, and being continuously arranged; a cross bar installed across the mold bars; and a fan filter unit mounted on the mold bar and the crossbar at an open end where the sandwich panel is not installed, wherein when the crossbar is separated, the sandwich panel is slid in a longitudinal direction of the mold bar. Accordingly, even when the adjacent sandwich panels are engaged with each other, the present invention configures a predetermined sandwich panel to be separate therefrom, thereby facilitating additional installation and movement of a fan filter unit.
본 발명의 클린룸용 시스템 실링은, 클린룸의 천장에 등 간격으로 연속설치된 몰드바; 상기 몰드바에 얹혀지며, 일면과 타면에 돌기와 홈이 각각 형성되어 일면과 타면에 인접하는 패널과 서로 끼워지며 연속적으로 배치된 샌드위치 패널; 상기 몰드바의 사이에 가로질러 설치되는 크로스바; 및 상기 샌드위치 패널이 설치되지 않은 개방된 단부의 몰드바와 크로스바에 얹혀지는 팬필터유닛;을 포함하되, 상기 크로스바를 분리하면 샌드위치 패널은 몰드바의 길이방향으로 슬라이딩이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 인접하는 샌드위치 패널끼리 서로 맞물린 상태에서도 특정 샌드위치 패널이 분리되도록 구성하여 팬필터유닛의 추가 설치 및 이설이 용이한 효과가 있다.
