SYSTEM CEILING FOR CLEAN ROOM
In accordance with the present invention, a system ceiling for a clean room, including a plurality of pipes connected and fixed to a lower side of a ceiling slab with a plurality of first hanger bolts laid therebetween, and a plurality of mold bars connected and fixed to a lower side of the plurality of pipes with a plurality of second hanger bolts laid therebetween, includes: a plurality of hanger brackets having a space into which the plurality of pipes are inserted, and having a bolt hole formed on an upper side to be combined with the bottom end of the first hanger bolts; a plurality of cross brackets fixing the plurality of pipes crossing with each other by housing the same in upper and lower spaces; a plurality of connection parts combined with the bottom end of the second hanger bolts, of which the top is combined with the plurality of cross brackets, and combined with the plurality of mold bars in a crisscross form; and a plurality of connection brackets connecting and fixing the plurality of pipes in a longitudinal direction. In accordance with the present invention, since the ceiling slab, the plurality of pipes and the plurality of mold bars can be substantially fixed and installed with spacing therebetween through the plurality of first and second hanger bolts, the plurality of hanger brackets, the plurality of cross brackets, the plurality of connection parts and the plurality of connection brackets, a fan filter unit or a blind panel can be stably placed on an upper side of a placement member formed on the plurality of mold bars.
본 발명에 따른 클린룸용 시스템 실링은 천장 슬래브의 하측에 복수의 제1 행거볼트를 사이에 두고 연결되어 고정되는 복수의 파이프와, 상기 복수의 파이프의 하측에 복수의 제2 행거볼트를 사이에 두고 연결되어 고정되는 복수의 몰드바를 포함하여 구성된 클린룸용 시스템 실링으로서, 상기 복수의 파이프가 삽입되는 공간이 형성되고, 상면에 볼트홀이 형성되어 상기 제1 행거볼트의 하단이 결합되는 복수의 행거 브라켓; 교차하는 상기 복수의 파이프를 상하측에 형성된 공간에 수용하여 고정시키는 복수의 교차 브라켓; 상기 복수의 교차 브라켓에 상단이 결합된 상기 제2 행거볼트의 하단이 결합되고, 상기 복수의 몰드바와 십자 형태로 결합되는 복수의 연결부; 및 상기 복수의 파이프를 길이 방향으로 연결하여 고정시키는 복수의 연결 브라켓을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 클린룸용 시스템 실링은 복수의 제1 및 제2 행거볼트, 복수의 행거 브라켓, 복수의 교차 브라켓, 복수의 연결부 및 복수의 연결 브라켓에 의해 천장 슬래브, 복수의 파이프 및 복수의 몰드바가 사이 간격을 가지면서 견고하게 고정 설치될 수 있기 때문에 팬필터 유닛 또는 블라인드 패널이 복수의 몰드바에 형성된 안착 부재의 상면에 안정적으로 거치될 수 있다.

In accordance with the present invention, a system ceiling for a clean room, including a plurality of pipes connected and fixed to a lower side of a ceiling slab with a plurality of first hanger bolts laid therebetween, and a plurality of mold bars connected and fixed to a lower side of the plurality of pipes with a plurality of second hanger bolts laid therebetween, includes: a plurality of hanger brackets having a space into which the plurality of pipes are inserted, and having a bolt hole formed on an upper side to be combined with the bottom end of the first hanger bolts; a plurality of cross brackets fixing the plurality of pipes crossing with each other by housing the same in upper and lower spaces; a plurality of connection parts combined with the bottom end of the second hanger bolts, of which the top is combined with the plurality of cross brackets, and combined with the plurality of mold bars in a crisscross form; and a plurality of connection brackets connecting and fixing the plurality of pipes in a longitudinal direction. In accordance with the present invention, since the ceiling slab, the plurality of pipes and the plurality of mold bars can be substantially fixed and installed with spacing therebetween through the plurality of first and second hanger bolts, the plurality of hanger brackets, the plurality of cross brackets, the plurality of connection parts and the plurality of connection brackets, a fan filter unit or a blind panel can be stably placed on an upper side of a placement member formed on the plurality of mold bars.
본 발명에 따른 클린룸용 시스템 실링은 천장 슬래브의 하측에 복수의 제1 행거볼트를 사이에 두고 연결되어 고정되는 복수의 파이프와, 상기 복수의 파이프의 하측에 복수의 제2 행거볼트를 사이에 두고 연결되어 고정되는 복수의 몰드바를 포함하여 구성된 클린룸용 시스템 실링으로서, 상기 복수의 파이프가 삽입되는 공간이 형성되고, 상면에 볼트홀이 형성되어 상기 제1 행거볼트의 하단이 결합되는 복수의 행거 브라켓; 교차하는 상기 복수의 파이프를 상하측에 형성된 공간에 수용하여 고정시키는 복수의 교차 브라켓; 상기 복수의 교차 브라켓에 상단이 결합된 상기 제2 행거볼트의 하단이 결합되고, 상기 복수의 몰드바와 십자 형태로 결합되는 복수의 연결부; 및 상기 복수의 파이프를 길이 방향으로 연결하여 고정시키는 복수의 연결 브라켓을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 클린룸용 시스템 실링은 복수의 제1 및 제2 행거볼트, 복수의 행거 브라켓, 복수의 교차 브라켓, 복수의 연결부 및 복수의 연결 브라켓에 의해 천장 슬래브, 복수의 파이프 및 복수의 몰드바가 사이 간격을 가지면서 견고하게 고정 설치될 수 있기 때문에 팬필터 유닛 또는 블라인드 패널이 복수의 몰드바에 형성된 안착 부재의 상면에 안정적으로 거치될 수 있다.
